At angelbytes, every item is made specially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
- Ordering mistakes

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll absolutely make it right.
Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once we review it, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
EU Customers
For customers in the European Union, please note that items purchased from angelbytes are made-to-order and created specifically for each purchase.
Because of this, these products are generally exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period for custom or personalized goods.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right ♡
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
